Save the date for a Family Work Party on Thursday, December 4th after rehearsal 5pm-7:30pm. This is for the entire family and school community to come together to work on the sets and props for the school play. We will have pizza and projects to work on. Children must have an adult come with them who is supervising them. 

 

We need some help before and during the event. 

1. We need about 6 more people to be the main person at a table and show others how to do the project. (Projects include-Leaves, Vines, Flowers, Rocks, Painting Panels, Younger kid projects)

 

2. We need a person to be in charge of ordering, paying for and setting up the pizza at the event as well as possibly collecting money.

 

3. We need a person to create an "invite" or announcement and collect RSVPs and money for pizza (link to a google form?, use a QR code for PTA?)

 

4. We need some people to buy materials or prep materials before the event.

 

5. We need you to come!

 

Also, we will need lots of brown kraft paper and some large cardboard (2ft-6ft pieces) so as you get orders of things shipped to you, please collect any kraft paper that comes as packaging or any particularly large boxes. We also need construction paper (all colors, but especially greens).

 

If you haven't signed up for a volunteer job yet (and chorus families this is the first time I am sending this to you), we still have a lot of crucial jobs to fill. Please look this over and sign up where you think you might best be able to help.
