The board meets monthly for planning and decision making that drives action.

We manage the budget, voting, and PTA General Meetings. 
All Board members except for Executive Committee also serve on a Committee themselves and provide support to their Committee members.

Manages grant money for students (to cover expenses such as new coats, class pictures, books, graduation, and school events), organize gift card collections
​throughout the year. Work with University Food Bank to ensure our families receive meals for the weekend.

Jessica will be leaving our school soon, and the role she has so selflessly filled for years can NOT go vacant. We need food security for our students and their families. This position is given a budget for planning and bringing special arts programs and projects into our school. Past chairs have done things like work with our PE teacher for "PE takeover" movement arts, Reflections program submissions, visiting artists, and more.
