Islandwood Overnight Experience - 5th graders

Every year, the Green Lake PTA helps to send our 5th graders off on an exciting overnight adventure to Islandwood, a beautiful environmental learning center in the peaceful semi-wilderness of Bainbridge Island. Students get the opportunity to commune with each other and nature, taking part in a special program brought to them by Islandwood educators. 

Our librarian Andrea Bernasconi (AKA "Ms. Pickle") shared some photos of her trip a few years ago when one of her own kids was a 5th grader at the school. Enjoy!
